About Us
Belbeck’s Family Farm is a fourth-generation family farm nestled between Guelph and Milton, Ontario. Established in 2015 by Kate and Ivan Belbeck and their three sons, the farm brings together family, heritage, and a shared love for sustainable farming.
After years in the commercial pig industry, Kate discovered the charm and practicality of Kunekune pigs—a gentle, pasture-friendly heritage breed. What began with three pigs in 2017 has grown into one of Ontario’s largest registered Kunekune breeding programs, proudly registering with the American Kunekune Pig Society (AKKPS) and serving farms across Canada.
Our mission is “preservation through utilization”—raising Kunekunes for both their heritage value and their quality meat, lard, and by-products. Alongside our pigs, we also raise Registered Icelandic Sheep, Highland and Mini Hereford cattle, poultry, and grow seasonal produce, with maple syrup each spring.
