Pricing is based on the hang weight (weight on the rail at the butcher after innards and head removed).  Average kunekune hang weight for half hog is 60-75lbs.  **This is NOT the actual weight of the meat, the amount you take home depends on your specific cutting instructions/preferences, but typically ranges in the 60-70% of hang weight).
 
This is only a DEPOSIT for your half hog, the total amount (less deposit) will be invoices when ready for pick up at the butcher.
